I explore the birth of consciousness through installation art, recreating the environment of my earliest memory. At three, I recall my consciousness merging with my body during a bath, emerging from an infinite, timeless white light. This memory takes form in a bathroom installation featuring a mirrored cabinet, sink, twin-tub washing machine, and shower curtain. Sculptures within represent fragments of subconscious memories, refined and reassembled.

White holds deep meaning for me, symbolising the light from which my consciousness was born. Each piece is coated in aged white paint, with peeling areas revealing blue, hinting at the connection between the bathroom and the light.

This experience shaped my understanding of the world, grounding my work in themes of time and metaphysics, tracing existence back to its formless origin.
